How it is built
EPP Foam · Thermoformed
Fiber grade (T700 or T300), weave (3K) and core structure are separate specifications. A paddle can be T700 with 3K weave or T300 with 3K weave: the surface looks the same, but the feel and the cost differ.

What a foam core changes
EPP is a closed-cell foam, not a hexagonal honeycomb sheet. Contact feels softer, vibration is absorbed rather than passed to the arm, and the impact sound is lower, which matters on courts with noise limits. The trade is a shorter service life than a PP honeycomb core under the same hours of play, so match it to the programme you are supplying.
Manufacturing & testing
How this model is made and checked
Built in our own factory, so construction, printing, finishing and inspection stay under one roof rather than being split across subcontractors.
Thermoformed construction
Face, core and edge are formed as one unibody structure under heat and pressure, with a foam edge worked into the perimeter. It costs more than cold pressing but holds tolerances better and resists the edge separation that shows up in heavy play.
Durability tested
Sample paddles are run on an automatic impact rig at 30 balls per minute, 40 mph, for 15,000 total impacts. Checked afterwards for cracks, delamination, core stability and edge guard bonding.
Material testing
Compression, flexural and tensile tests on a 10 kN universal testing machine record maximum load, stiffness and permanent deformation, so strength stays consistent between production runs.
Every unit weighed
Each paddle is weighed and graded so a shipment stays inside the agreed weight range instead of drifting across the carton.
Balance checked
Balance point is verified for consistency, since two paddles at the same weight can still feel different if the balance moves.
Six inspection points
Incoming material, in-process, finished product, weight, balance, and drop-tested packaging before the carton ships.
