Manufacturing evidence matters
Show the process, not only the finished paddle.
Our manufacturing workflow connects material preparation, product forming, finishing, assembly, inspection and packaging under direct factory coordination.
- Material and core preparation
- Face lamination and forming
- Trimming and edge treatment
- Handle assembly and grip wrapping
- Graphics, finishing and packaging
- In-process and final inspection
Factory visibility
Core cutting, carbon materials, pressing, molds, trimming, printing, grip assembly, inspection and finished-goods packing.
Process documentation helps buyers understand how product consistency is managed.
Typical production flow
From material to packed product.
01
Materials
Core and face preparation according to the approved specification.
02
Forming
Lamination, pressing or project-specific construction process.
03
Finishing
Trimming, edge, surface, graphics, handle and grip work.
04
Inspection & Packing
Product checks, labeling, retail packaging and shipment preparation.
Named production stations
Production stations in sequence
Each paddle follows the same station sequence, with quality checks between steps rather than only at the end.
01
Fiber Yarning
Drum winding and fiber preparation to the approved material specification.
02
Lamination
Face and core layup, then cold press, hot press or thermoforming by build level.
03
Molding & Trimming
Forming, raw-edge removal and handle cut, with a QC gate before finishing.
04
Putty & Sanding
Filling, grinding and surface preparation for a flat, even face.
05
Painting & UV Print
Base coat, color, graphics and UV printing, with a QC gate for color accuracy.
06
Decal & Varnish
Water decal, protective varnish and finish work before final assembly.
07
Handle & Grip
End cap, weight adjustment, grip wrapping and shrink tube on the handle.
08
QC & Packaging
Final inspection, labeling, retail packaging and a pre-shipment QA gate.
Automation where it counts
Automated production lines
Where volume and repeatability matter, automated pressing, molding and painting lines hold tighter tolerances than manual work and reduce operator exposure to chemicals and heat.
AUTOMATED MOLDING
Consistent forming, lower variation
Automated molding lines run at steady output with fewer operators, holding a consistent feel and thickness across a production run rather than drifting between shifts.
AUTOMATED PAINTING
Stable color, less rework
Automated painting produces more consistent color from unit to unit, reducing chromatic aberration and the rework it causes, while keeping operators outside the spray environment.

Certification support
Certification submission support
The U.S. market now has two certification paths. Where a project needs approved equipment, we prepare final-graphics samples and the documentation each submission requires, and build the testing window into the timeline.
USA PICKLEBALL (USAP)
The established governing-body certification.
Submissions require final graphics with the manufacturer and model name on the face. Standard testing typically runs around four to six weeks, with expedited options that can be much faster. Approved paddles are also subject to market sampling after approval.
UPA-A
The newer United Pickleball certification.
A separate certification path with its own testing lab and submission form, generally allowing several weeks for completion, with expedited services available. New materials or constructions may call for a pre-submission consultation.
VERIFIED APPROVAL
YoPals Cyclone 007 — listed as Approved by USA Pickleball
Added to the USA Pickleball equipment list in August 2026. Independently tested by Element U.S. Space & Defense (report PR158704-4797) and found compliant on paddle sizing, coefficient of friction, gloss, surface roughness, deflection and PBCoR.

Test report
Approval applies to the specific tested model. Each new model is submitted and confirmed on its own.
Certification timelines and requirements are set by each governing body and change over time. We confirm the current process and lead time for your exact model and project, and do not publish an approval claim until the specific paddle is verified on the current approved list.
