Artwork approval, sampling, production and shipping each need lead time. The earlier a project starts, the more room there is for a sample round and a comfortable delivery buffer before the event.

A note on sanctioned play
Certification for sanctioned play
Casual and community events set their own equipment rules, while sanctioned tournaments may require paddles from an approved list. If your event needs certified equipment, tell us early so the product and timeline account for it.
Certification support is confirmed per project.
We can discuss submissions to USA Pickleball and UPA-A where a project calls for approved equipment. Testing windows add time, so approval-dependent event products need the earliest possible start.
